Indications/Uses
Topical skin anaesth in connection w/ needle insertion (eg, IV catheters or blood sampling) & superficial surgical procedures.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to lidocaine, prilocaine or amide type local anaesth.
Special Precautions
Not to be applied to open wounds. Patients w/ atopic dermatitis. Not to be applied to genital mucosa of childn.
Adverse Reactions
Transient local reactions (eg, paleness, redness & oedema), mild burning or itching at application site.
